Tariff

Tariff: Our room rate is £35 per person per night, based on two people sharing a king size double room (total for one night = £70) and includes full English breakfast.

Discounted rates are applied for 3 consecutive nights' stay or more:

£32.50 per person per night for two people sharing a king size double room (total = £65 per night)

Single occupancy supplement is £20 per night (total for one night = £55) Children under 5 years stay free of charge.

Children aged 5 – 11 years, price by arrangement.

Both rooms have their own private entrance although they are part of the main house so may not be suitable for children depending on age.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay free of charge – please bring their own bedding. Owners must accept responsibility for any damage caused by their pet and agree to pay the cost of repair or replacement.

Booking: A deposit of 30% of the total price, full payment in the case of one night bookings, is required to secure a reservation.

Payment: We accept cash, cheque, Paypal or credit/debit card via Paypal.

Cancellation policy: If a booking is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, we reserve the right to charge full payment unless the room can be re-let. We recommend that you have adequate travel insurance.

Arrival: Rooms are available from 3.30 pm on day of arrival, latest arrival 9.30 pm. Luggage may be dropped off earlier by arrangement. Please vacate your room by 10.30 am on the day of departure.

Please note that smoking is not permitted on the premises.
